Q: What devices does it work on?

A: You can watch TV on all Android Boxes, Phones, Tablets, Windows PC, Mac, Amazon Devices & Smart TVs (unfortunately Not ALL Smart TVs are compatible) Search SOplayer via Smart Hub Or SOplay via Play Store …  Not Available For Roku & Chrome Cast. (Not Available for iOS at the moment)

Q: How many devices can I use?

A: You can watch up to 4 devices at once in the same household, Only Mobile devices (Tablets and or Cellphones) can travel on the go while family watches tv at home. If you need to remove one device from your account, you can log out of the app first to remove device. Now login to, head to account area & click the RENEW button under the TV Subscription Details area. Login to your new device now, if no RENEW button is there then please contact us via chat or email.

Any device that you’ve logged into needs to be removed from your account by login out of the app or contacting us if needed. Even if you’ve uninstalled the app on the device, the device won’t be removed from your account unless you logged out first.

Q: Can a friend use my account?

A: No, sorry, sharing the account will cause your account to stop working.

This is really no different than any other installation onto previous Amazon Fire devices. Here we will walk you through some easy steps so you can install our app. This will be done using the Downloader app.

1.In Settings go to My Fire TV then select Developer Options and you need to turn On Apps from Unknown Sources. Or go to Settings scroll to the right & select Developer Options then select Apps from Unknown Sources to turn the option  to On.

2. Now that you have the ability to have side-loaded apps on your FireStick/TV it’s time to install the Downloader App by clicking the Search icon and typing Downloader. Then install the program and open it.

3. Once opened click BROWSER on the left side then ERASE google link above & type this link in the downloaders Browser instead of the downloaders default opening screen. ( pictured below) Soplayer should now be installed if you typed the link on the Browsers screen & not the default screen.

4. Install the SOPlayer and once you run the program for the first time you will need to enter your code in the text/email sent, see that wasn’t hard at all.

DIY: How To Remove Your Own Devices & Renew The Devices Slot That You’ve just removed so you can login on another device.

Logout of the specified device that you’re trying to remove by opening the SOPlayer App & clicking the Info button. On this screen you’ll see the LOGOUT button along with how many devices you have connected, expiration date, etc. Once logged out follow instructions below.

Login to, head to the account area & click the renew button under the TV Subscriptions Details area. After you’ve clicked the renew button on the free device slot then you can login on your new device. If you doesn’t see any Renew button this means you’re still connected to 4 devices, so there are not any Free slots.


If you’ve uninstalled the SOPlayer app before Login out then you’ll have to contact us to remove your device. Then you’ll be able to login once your device is removed from your account.
